Co- Publishing
A managed publishing solution that provides full distribution through Ingram to brick and mortar bookstores for print, as well as online retailers for print and digital. It includes a managed marketing program and coaching of the author in a collaborative, communal manner.
Co-publishing means that the author and publisher agree to pay to publish the book. Books that are co-published are fully managed by Fifth Pillar Books.

Pricing
An entry self-publishing package is $3,800 for a standard size book of 40,000 - 85,000 words. Children's books may be significantly lower, depending on the specifications. Pricing is determined by the number of words, the quality of the work, and the number of graphics and type of interior layout involved.
